To register and maintain an account with cbaji8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cbaji8 strictly enforces this age threshold and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the cbaji8 platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person for the purpose of wagering on the cbaji8 platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of cbaji8 or any of its associated companies.
• You have not previously had a cbaji8 account suspended or permanently closed for misconduct.

1.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the cbaji8 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly forbidden. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, cbaji8 will close all but the first-registered account, void any associated bonuses, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. cbaji8 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

1.2 Account Verification (KYC)

cbaji8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit supporting documents before making a withdrawal or at any point during your account lifetime. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of the payment method used (for example, a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad transaction). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cbaji8 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of funds pending resolution.

2.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your cbaji8 account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the method used. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit. cbaji8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which cbaji8 accepts no responsibility.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit funds into your cbaji8 account and that is registered in your own name. cbaji8 aims to process withdrawal requests within 2–24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification status. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated in the Cashier. cbaji8 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to delay processing where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

2.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. cbaji8 may apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances as specified in the Fee Schedule within your account. You will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

cbaji8 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and major cricket tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the deposit.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within the period stated in their individual terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. 4.1 Sports Betting

cbaji8 offers pre-match and in-play wagering on cricket (including BPL, IPL, ICC World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as available. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets are locked at the displayed odds. In the event of match cancellations, postponements, or incomplete events, bets will be settled in accordance with the sports betting rules published in the Help section of the cbaji8 platform.

4.2 Casino Games

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cbaji8 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the cbaji8 platform without the express written permission of cbaji8. The cbaji8 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Any unauthorised use of cbaji8 trade marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbaji8 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the cbaji8 platform or its services.

cbaji8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. cbaji8 shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.

cbaji8's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their cbaji8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

cbaji8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; money laundering or suspected money laundering; provision of false registration information; or account inactivity exceeding twelve months. In such cases, cbaji8 will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email and to return any legitimate real-money balances where legally required to do so.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the cbaji8 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and cbaji8 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: cbaji8's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by cbaji8 in writing.

Assignment: You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of cbaji8. cbaji8 may assign its rights and obligations freely.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
